THERE IS NO REASON TO FAIL. I’m shouting again…. I have 5 hours/week scheduled – for the next 4 months – to get any help I need with my tools and sales system. It would be almost hard to fail. (This episode’s title is a punchline) My goals are that much closer. There’s something liberating in seeing a full calendar of focused activity. Knowing what I need to spend time on and when is the only thing I miss from the bad old days working a traditional job… structure.

Today’s goal is to have my first offer and upsell clarified, including pricing and deliverables. Then start cold outreach tomorrow.
